This Privacy Policy applies to the Juice Pour: Sort Puzzle app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Goucher Capital (collectively, the “Application”). Goucher Capital is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include your device Internet Protocol address, pages you visit, the time and date of visits, time spent in the Application, and your mobile operating system.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information, including user ID. Requested information is retained and used as described in this policy.
Your Rights

Third Parties and Transfers
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and service. The Service Provider may share information with trusted service providers acting on its behalf or where required by law.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Facebook, Unity, AppLovin, and Adjust. The Service Provider or its providers may transfer personal data outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, other legally recognized mechanisms, or consent where legally permitted.
Service Communications and Opt Out
The Service Provider may use information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications. You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops further collection from the device, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionality. AI processing is performed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
Retention, Children, and Security
User-provided data is retained for the duration of use plus 12 months; automatically collected data for up to 24 months; aggregated and anonymized data indefinitely; and data required for legal compliance for as long as required by law. You may request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or a higher age where required by law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains. If a data breach affects personal data, notification will be provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes and Contact
The Service Provider may update this policy from time to time and will post an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought for material changes. Previous versions are available on request.
